Fully computerised and all drawings & data are being generated on Auto CAD/ EPLAN as per requirements. All Administrative office functions are also computersied with computers, printers, fax machines alongwith UPS back up. We have adequate expertise, experience and capability to design all varieties of LT Power/ Control Panels, Busduct, AMF, Auto synchronizing Panels etc. Our design department is manned by qualified Design Engineer & Auto Cad Draughtsman.

Fabrication : (Spread Over 4500 Sq. Ft.)
Fabrication shop is fully equipped with all necessary machineries skilled/experienced manpower are operating major machines like Hydraulic Press Brake, Hydraulic Shearing Machine, Nibbling machine, Hydraulic machine for punching and notching, variable frequency DC are Welding machine etc.

Painting : (Spread Over 3700 Sq. Ft.)
We adopt seven tank process as standard pretreatment process to ensure complete removal of all impurities and making  anticorrosive layer to prevent rusting and corrosion. This will ensure high quality finish and long lasting painting.
Painting shop is fully equipped for better final finishing coat of Synthetics Enamel/ Epoxy Paint or Powder Coating as per requirement of our customer.

We have baking oven (Size L 2800 mm x H 2500 mm x W 1650 mm) for drying painted articles upto 200C for liquid paints as well as powder paints ensuring complete removal of moisture providing sufficient hardness of final paint & long life.

Assembly & Wiring : (Spread Over 8400 Sq. Ft.)
Specious assembly & wiring shop can cater simultaneous assembly requirement of number of panels together with best available tools & tackles for the job. For better quality/efficiency most sophisticated and latest machineries for Busbar works is available like Motorized Hydraulic Busbar worker, Hydraulic punching machine. We achieve better finish and avoid deformation for the Busbar which in turn ensures less power loss.

Testing Facility:
We have full fledged testing Department equipped with testing equipments like High Voltage Tester (5KV/35KV), Megger 5 KV, Tong Tester, Phase Sequence Meter, Loading Transformer (1 Phase, 4000 Amp. & 3 Phase, 1000 Amp.), Relay Testing Panel, secondary injection testing kit, milli volt drop test kit etc. The department is headed by very experience personnel.

Stores: (Spread Over 1950 Sq.Ft.)
We have elaborate store facilities with mobile storage rack. All inward material is checked & inspected thoroughly before acceptance. Enter material is classified and store separately with help of our inventory software.

Despatch Area:
We have a despatch bay where truck can approach very easily. The loading operation is carried out by means of hydraulic pallet hoist to ensure easy quick & safe despatch without damaging of our equipments.
